Participation and Consent

Participants younger than 18 will need parent or guardian information and written consent, together with the participant's own assent, before formal participation.

Photography and media consent are handled separately from participation consent.

Adult-youth communication rules, mentor boundaries, transportation rules, incident reporting, partner screening, and confidentiality expectations apply to everyone involved in the pilot.

Partners may not privately contact or recruit minor participants, transport participants outside approved procedures, photograph participants without consent, or offer unreviewed work arrangements.

Participation does not guarantee employment, income, certification, client placement, referral, or equipment ownership.

Identifiable participant stories, images of minors, participant contact information, and private family information are not published without documented permission.
