Who the Pathway Is For
- People ages 16 to 35 in the founding pilot
- Students
- Out-of-school youth
- Young adults
- Rural community members
- Beginners with limited computer exposure
- People interested in meaningful work and community contribution
- People willing to learn and take responsibility

Participants younger than 18 will need parent or guardian consent before formal participation.
You Do Not Have to Arrive as a Leader.
Beyond the Barrio helps people grow into the Champion identity over time. A Champion recognizes and takes ownership of their purpose, steps forward when it matters, and takes responsibility for creating opportunity for others.
This is not a requirement to join. It is an identity you grow into through learning, relationships, responsibility, practice, and contribution.
Leadership begins with learning, ownership, and the willingness to act.

Foundational technology, communication, responsible digital practices, and the adaptability to continue learning.
Career Readiness
Professional habits, applied projects, communication practice, career exposure, and preparation for meaningful work.
Supportive Relationships
Facilitators, peers, local leaders, coaches, mentors where available, and people who encourage both growth and responsibility.
The goal is not to force every participant into the same path. It is to help each person build the clarity and capability to take a meaningful next step.
What Participation May Involve
